Family Vacation Webquest

Introduction:

      Your family has ask you to plan their vacation this year. You will need to research the city you want to visit, list hotels, restaurants, find a map of the city and find interesting places to see and do in the city.

 

Task:

     You are to budget a 5day -4 night vacation to the city of your choice for a family of four.

           1) You have 3,000 dollars to spend. You cannot spend anymore that this amount. This includes travel expenses, lodging, tickets to attractions, food , souvenirs,  and miscellaneous spending.

           2) The family includes  two adults, and two children ages 9 and 10.

           3) The 5 days includes the time it takes to get to your vacation destination and get back home. Your trip will start from school , Azle , Texas ( We will use the school address.)

           4) You will have to decide whether you will fly or drive.

 

Process:

          1) Explore your city.

            2) Find a hotel to stay  at

            3) Find restaurants to eat at

            4) Find 2 to 3 interesting things to do in your city (list prices)

            5) Find at 2 pictures interesting places in your city.

 

Evaluation:

     You will make a travel brochure of your city. Introductions will be given to you.
