Work-based Learning (WBL) provides students opportunities to learn technical, academic and employability skills by working in a real work environment. WBL prepares students for their future careers, and is a part of a high-quality CTE program.
Springtown High School offers practicum courses in all career clusters. The practicum is designed to give students supervised practical application of previously studied knowledge and skills. Practicum experiences occur in a paid or unpaid arrangement and in a variety of instructional settings.
