Hello!My name is Sally McPhetrige and I am blessed to be the music teacher at Springtown Elementary. I began teaching in 2002 and have dedicated myself to becoming a better educator by attending workshops developed for young children. I am certified in Kodaly, Orff, Conversational Solfege and First Steps in Music. I enjoy using puppets, movement props, ukuleles, drums and xylophones to engage my students in music.My husband and I reside in Springtown and are active members in our community. "Mr. Mac" is the band director at the Springtown high school. We have two boys and a family dog. Gideon attends 10th grade at SHS and Grant attends 5th grade at SIS.Throughout the year I will keep in touch via newsletters, emails, facebook, and instragram.
