Mr. Scott, Assistant Principal (9th & 11th Grade)
I am excited to begin my 18th year in public education here with the thriving Springtown ISD family. A little about myself: I am married to my best friend Jennifer, have two daughters, Sophie and Ava, as well as two step daughters, Lexy and Kira and two rescue dogs, Chewy and Lulu. I enjoy traveling and spending time anywhere you find water.
For the last seven years, I was fortunate to serve as the principal of Poolville Junior High. Prior to joining Poolville ISD, I was an assistant principal Tison Middle School in Weatherford ISD. Before embarking on an administrative path, I was a teacher and coach with stops in Aledo ISD (twice), Fort Worth ISD, and Lancaster ISD. I was fortunate to be a part of a football state championship with Aledo in 2009. I am a firm believer that strong academic foundations translate into overall campus wide success.
I look forward to doing everything I can to help all of our Porcupines reach their potential and achieve success both in the academic setting and in the numerous extracurricular activities Springtown ISD offers our students.
