    Springtown High School's Guidance Department offers every student ongoing assistance to enhance educational development.  Our services are designed to provide personal, academic, and career guidance to students.
     
    The scope of the guidance program addresses the following content areas:
    • self-confidence development
    • motivation to achieve
    • decision-making, goal-setting, planning, and problem-solving skills
    • interpersonal effectiveness
    • communication skills
    • cross-cultural effectiveness
    • responsible behavior
