The Gilley Early Learning Center was opened in the Fall of 2014. The Center serves as a recruiting and retention tool for the District's staff by providing quality group-care facilities and staff for our employee's young children.

 

We embrace the challenge of preparing each child for their next step in the educational process. We do so with a commitment to excellence that will enable the District’s employees to confidently work with the children of others, knowing that their own families are being cared for. We believe that it is our responsibility to work cooperatively with all our stakeholders and to collectively ensure that an encouraging environment is consistent at both the Center and at home.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the children of Springtown I.S.D.’s staff with a safe and healthy learning environment, conveniently operating with a calendar and daily schedule that mirrors the District’s. We are committed to surrounding each child with loving and caring providers as they learn to problem-solve, develop their fine and large motor skills, and learn cooperatively while developing language and literacy skills.
