The University Interscholastic League offers the most comprehensive program of academic competition in the nation. UIL Academics offers more activities than any other UIL division, with 29 contests at the high school level and 20 A+ Academic contests for grades 2-8. Springtown I.S.D. is a proud supporter of the University Interscholastic League and supports all academic events. Participation includes Goshen Elementary School, Reno Elementary School, Springtown Elementary School, Springtown Intermediate School, Springtown Middle School and Springtown High School.Springtown High School rocked the stage with their version of Noises Off by Michael Frayn at UIL District Competition. The play was directed by Mrs. Susan Davis.Springtown High School Academics had their share of wins at the UIL District Competition held in Benbrook. Mrs. Carmen Northrup is the U.I.L. High School Coordinator and with the help of all of the coaches it was a successful year. The students did a super job! Regionals was held in Lubbock and the U.I.L. State Competition in Austin.Springtown Elementaries, Intermediate and Middle School have very active programs. There was lots of participation, ribbons and medals. Springtown I.S.D. is very proud of it's students and coaches.Campus U.I.L.
