The Advanced Academics Program is part of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. It includes Advanced Placement (AP ) courses, Honors courses, Dual Credit courses, and the Gifted and Talented program. Advanced Academics provides opportunities for students that enrich their learning, appeal to their interests, and meet their personal goals. 

Our purpose is to promote rigor, depth, complexity and challenge for the District's advanced and gifted learners, with the goal of providing the opportunity to produce advanced products and performances. Students are encouraged to pursue their interests through advanced academic opportunities.
