State Performance Plan
As required by the Individuals with Disabilities (IDEA) Act Part B, Texas has developed a State Performance Plan (SPP) that establishes statewide baselines on key performance and compliance indicators relating to the performance of students with disabilities. Consistent with the requirements of IDEA, the Texas Education Agency is required to publicly report the performance of school districts against key indicators and make annual determinations related to the performance of the district in meeting the state targets in the SPP.
