📅 Tuesday, Sept. 29 - Goshen Creek Elementary & Springtown Elementary
📅 Wednesday, Sept. 30 - Reno Elementary & Springtown Intermediate
📅 Thursday, Oct. 1 - Springtown Middle School & Springtown High School
For students 18 and younger, Parker County Hospital District will bill insurance. For students who are uninsured or underinsured, there will be no cost.

A consent form must be completed and returned to your child’s campus nurse.
