Texas Education Agency: The State Board of Education requires that all Proclamation 2024 pre-adoption samples of instructional materials submitted for adoption be made available to the public. Samples that are made available online may require a download or the use of a login and password. A publisher may also require a user to affirmatively consent to an End User License Agreement (EULA). Samples are to be accessed for review purposes only and may not be reproduced without the consent of the publisher.
