Springtown ISD has partnered with the Public Workers’ Compensation Program (PWCP) to deliver risk management services aimed at improving workplace safety. This collaboration is dedicated to protecting staff, students, and the community while also supporting those who become injured while at work.

Together, Springtown ISD, and PWCP have implemented innovative wellness and safety initiatives that encourage, educate, and safeguard employees from on-the-job injuries. These efforts have enhanced workplace safety through accessible on-site and virtual loss prevention training and education, bi-annual helath and wellness campaigns, safe employee recognition programs, and the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), including shoes and boots, for all auxiliary employees to help prevent slips, trips, and falls.

Due to the proactive efforts of members to care for and protect their employees, PWCP has experienced exceptional financial performance, returning more than $12.9 million dollars back to members. PWCP is pleased to announce an Excess Contribution Refund (ECR) to all participating members, including an amount of $17,428.000 to Springtown ISD. Through their continued partnership, PWCP and its members remain dedicated to providing long-term rate stability and strategies contain and control costs.

PWCP is managed and administered by INSURICA Risk and Claims Management in Marble Falls, Texas. For more information, visit www.INSURICAclaimsadmin.com.
