TIA in Springtown ISD

Springtown ISD is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of our teachers who have earned new or higher designations through the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) for the 2024–2025 school year. These designations reflect a continued commitment to instructional excellence, student growth, and impactful teaching across our district.

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) is a state program designed to recruit, retain, and reward highly effective teachers by providing additional funding to districts for educators who demonstrate strong classroom performance and student outcomes. Teachers can earn Recognized, Exemplary, or Master designations based on a rigorous evaluation process, and those designations generate additional funding for both the teacher and the district to support continued instructional excellence.

This year, 35 Springtown ISD teachers either earned their first TIA designation or advanced to a higher level, a testament to the strength of teaching and learning happening in our classrooms every day.
