Today, we celebrated our students and staff for their exceptional hard work during the 4th Six Weeks. We honored our Honor Roll, Skills Mastery, Outstanding Citizenship, Perfect Attendance, Sharp Readers, Sharp Pines, Choose Love Ambassadors, as well our staff members.

Tomorrow weโll celebrate 33 amazing students at morning assembly for their dedication and hard work in building reading fluency. Each student that will be recognized will receive a magical coin to exchange for a wellโearned book and be recognized as our very first Sharp Reader Award winners.

โจ Our Goshen Creek Elementary Kindergarten classes celebrated their Kings & Queens unit this Thursday with a magical ball! ๐
๐ฐStudents dressed up as royalty, identified and described royal objects, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of being a royal family member. They also explored characters, setting, and plot through stories and play. It was a fantastic day of bringing learning to life. ๐

๐Goshen Creek Elementary students participated in a STEM activity during power this week!
Students from all grade levels collaborated to complete a tower challenge using spaghetti and marshmallows. They applied the design process to construct the tallest freestanding structure possible with the given materials. Each grade level had a group that accepted the challenge and emerged victorious. ๐ฅ
๐Third gradeโs space day was a resounding success! ๐
๐We engaged in reading activities, set educational goals, and even had a delightful space snack featuring HEB star crackers. It was an excellent day for us to review, refresh, and relish our learning experiences.
๐ช๐ปGoshen Creek Elementary Schoolโs 4th-grade girls had the opportunity to participate in the girlsโ empowerment challenge during PE Power Hour this week!
๐ฃOur Springtown High School Cheerleaders visited to boost our students' confidence and provide them with valuable experiences. They learned chants, witnessed tumbling and jumps, and even attempted stunting.
๐งกWe are grateful for the collaborative partnership between our schools and coaches that enables our students to grow and develop.
