Here is a spotlight on their recent extension activity. 🍋 Under the guidance of Mrs. Horton, students had the unique opportunity to plan, organize, and create their very own lemonade stands! 🤝Partnering with the SHS Culinary Department, they whipped up a variety of delicious lemonades while applying their knowledge in a fun and engaging way. 🌟What a fantastic way to learn! We are so thankful for our amazing GT Coordinator & SHS Culinary Department working together to help create positive opportunities for our students to learn & grow!

This week at Goshen Creek Elementary, we’re diving into bus safety! 🚍 🧡Our GCES Transportation Team led students through essential rules and how to stay safe during rides. 👏We recognized our amazing transportation team at our morning assembly to applaud them for their incredible dedication & partnership! ❤️ Let’s give a big shoutout to those who help our students start and end their school days safely! 🙌

📣Today was an incredible start to our Kids Invite Someone Special at Goshen Creek Elementary! 🎉 🧡We welcomed students and their special guests, and the joy was visible everywhere you looked. A massive thank you to our amazing PTA for providing this heartwarming opportunity! 🙌 We’re excited for day two tomorrow! Remember, all students with guests must enter through the gym doors to sign in. Our doors open at 7:10 AM, and our wonderful office staff will be there to guide you. 📚Students & guests that pre-registered will be able to pick-up your breakfast. If you did not sign-up, no worries because you can bring your own breakfast items to eat. Afterward, feel free to attend the book fair, shop from our PTA Booth, or sign-up to be a GCES Watch Dog! 🔍Today, Goshen Creek Elementary's fantastic 2nd grade teachers turned their classrooms into Detective Headquarters! 🐾 🕵️‍♂️ Students had a blast investigating a sneaky teacher who tampered with grades and supplies! To crack the case, students had to apply their knowledge of numbers in standard, expanded, and other forms to complete tasks. 🔎 🎉Today, was a great day of fun, hands-on learning for our sensational second grade students & staff!
