We canโt wait to see everyone back on Wednesday, 1/7 ๐๐
Enjoy the break, relax, and make special memories! โ๏ธ๐

Our Kindergarteners had an absolute blast watching Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer at Casa Maรฑana! The performance had everyone getting into the holiday spirit with music, laughter, and a little Christmas magic. ๐ถโ๏ธโค๏ธ
After the show, students enjoyed lunch and playtime at the park, making it a full day of fun, fresh air, and memories! ๐ณ๐งโค๏ธ
And letโs be honestโฆ field trip days are hard ๐๐ค โ as you can see from the photos of the very quiet ride home! โค๏ธโจ#WeareReno #PorcupineFamily

๐ฐโจ ! โจ๐๏ธ Our students traveled back to Medieval Times! While 2nd graders are learning about Ancient Greece ๐, the Medieval era shows how those ideas continued to grow and changeโfrom architecture to stories to ways of thinking. ๐๏ธโก๏ธ๐ฐ
This background knowledge will also help students understand the role of a knight in their skills book this year, and later in 4th grade during the Medieval unit in RLA. โ๏ธ๐ก๏ธ
By exploring Medieval Times firsthand, students got to see, touch, and experience history in a way that connects to what they are learning in the classroom. Plus, they had a TON of fun! ๐จ
